have blonde near the sholders hair cut. i was goin to make it look more emo/punk style vibe. i don't want to cut it pass the sholders or dye it black, maybe highlights.
no damages products that work good.

well you should definitely go for a choppy layered look, because thats really punk, and its in.
just ask your hairdresser to layer you with a razor blade that gives your hair a choppy look.
it looks really cool.
then you should go for some sideswept bangs/choppy bangs, but keep them long, around the end of your nose (at least)
plus some red highlights would look really cool.
and if you don't like that idea, i would dye the bottom of my hair black ( i know you said no dying your hair black, but it would look cool)
or you could get a cool colored highlight (purple, blue, etc.)
but watch out when blue fades it can look gray.
