try doin your hair in a dread lock kind of style... go for the spiked wrist bands and ball chain necklace...plad pants or long shorts works well with a band wife beater or just a plain white one.. skater shoes high white socks... a chain hangin off your wallet and get a jacket with a whole bunch of patches on it! that oughta do it!

Just be yourself. Where the clothes you like and what you feel comfortable in. Punk is in your personality and it's in the music you like.
